We have not long returned from an absolutely amazing holiday in Sri Lanka, with our driver/guide Chinthaka! From the moment we booked our holiday with chinthaka(chin)  Communication was quick and efficient. We were given a clear break down of cost, so there was no hidden charges.When we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by our very friendly driver, Chin . We were so fortunate, as we had read only positive things about him – all of which turned out to be very accurate. His car was clean and comfortable and he provided daily bottled water and umbrellas, to make of journey extra comfy! Our drives were filled with laughs and facts. His driving was very safe . At times, the weather was poor and lighting conditions weren’t great, but Chin drove with caution and didn’t take risks!Chin was incredibly knowledgable about Sri Lankan history, culture and traditions. He gave us interesting guides around several tourist attractions. We valued his expert knowledge, when he made suggestions on what times to visit things – to not only avoid the queues, but also when to see it at it’s best!At times, both my partner and I wanted to make slight adjustments to our plan to spend more time at certain places. This was not a problem and Chin was happy to accommodate this. He was very understanding when we had made a mistake with our return flight and he had no problems adjusting things to accommodate us.We really valued Chin excellent english and translation skills. Several times, Chin came in to restaurants with us to order food and explain what certain foods were! This was fantastic, as it allowed us to experience new foods and flavours!
