This is the period from 04-04-2011 to 18-09-2011. Are you available in the entire period?

Are you already in possession of a Dutch social security number? If yes, what is your social security number?

Do you have a bank account? What is your bank account number or IBAN number?

I want to inform you that I will pay according to the CAO (collective agreement).

I want you to know that you are obliged to have a health insurance at a Dutch health insurance agency. The cost are at least 75,90 euro per month. This will be deducted from your salary.

Are you aware that on my company employees with different nationalities are working together?

Can you provide housing for yourselves? If this is not the case, I can support you. I must charge at least 55,- euro a week which will be deducted from your salary. This is a consideration for housing in the period that you are working on my farm.

How do you go to our country? With your own transport (by car) or do you travel together by bus?

Do you have a valid identity card or passport? Do you want to sent a copy to me?

Takze kdyby se chtela nejlip nejaka dobrodruzne naladena holka pripojit, potrebuju to pomerne brzo vedet, nejpozdeji 18.3 posilam. Beru sebou auto,jinak v holandsku sem uz byl, mam tam i pratele momentalne, takze se da zapařit s čechoslovákama, ať nezblbnem z polštiny(těch tam bude všude asi dost totiž).
